Mia Secret Acid Free primer is a multipurpose primer that works beautifully well. Non-methacrylic acid doesnt work by etching the nail in order for the acrylic to grab hold of the nail surface. I do use acid primer with gel as Light Elegance a pro brand made and sells it for their gels.

The good thing about the formula of this nail primer is your nails easily absorb it. You only have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to totally dry. Acid-free primers work more like.
