As you can see polygel nails definitely win by a landslide compared to acrylics with the only real downside being the price which only applies if you do it in the salon and the small learning curve when you first start forming them yourself. Compared to acrylic nails polygel tips are a lot safer especially if you apply and remove them correctly. There is no odour at all and totally chemical free.

Well PolyGel nails are supposed to be stronger than a gel manicure. Acrylic nails are much more durable and last much longer than gel nails while providing much more protection to your natural nail but they can be extremely painful when they break because of how they can break your natural nail bed. It also has a lighter odor.
